Location: Jeddah or other project locations across Saudi Arabia (Qassim, Hail, Taif, Madinah, Yanbu, Hasa)
Project: Large-Scale Housing Development Project

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Logistics Assistant to join our team and support the efficient coordination of logistics operations for a major housing project across multiple cities in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and coordinating the transportation and delivery of materials to project sites.
Monitor shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Maintain records of shipments, inventory, and logistics operations.
Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and site teams to ensure smooth operations.
Support in managing logistics schedules and resolving delays or discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations in all logistics activities.
Assist in preparing reports on logistics performance and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related role (preferred).
Education: Diploma or degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
Proficiency in logistics and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Familiarity with construction materials and logistics practices is an advantage.
