Location: Jeddah or other project locations across Saudi Arabia (Qassim, Hail, Taif, Madinah, Yanbu, Hasa)
Project: Large-Scale Housing Development Project

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive MSR (Material Supply Request) Coordinator to join our team and ensure efficient material requisition and supply management for a major housing project across multiple cities in Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-profile construction project with a reputable main contractor.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the preparation, review, and approval of Material Supply Requests (MSRs).
Ensure that all MSRs align with project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
Collaborate with procurement teams, engineers, and site managers to prioritize material requisitions.
Track and monitor the status of MSRs, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any delays.
Maintain accurate records of MSRs, materials inventory, and delivery schedules.
Liaise with suppliers and vendors to confirm orders and address any discrepancies.
Prepare regular reports on MSR status, inventory levels, and material availability.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, company policies, and local regulations.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in material coordination, supply chain, or a related role, preferably in construction or engineering projects.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proficiency in material tracking and management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities to manage multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with construction materials and local procurement regulations is a plus.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
