Location: Jeddah or other project locations across Saudi Arabia (Qassim, Hail, Taif, Madinah, Yanbu, Hasa)
Project: Large-Scale Housing Development Project

We are seeking experienced and skilled Foremen specializing in Civil, Finishing, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and AC Works to join our team for a major housing project across multiple cities in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the daily site activities for the assigned discipline (Civil, Finishing, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, or AC).
Ensure that all work is carried out according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Coordinate with site engineers and subcontractors to plan and execute tasks effectively.
Monitor the performance of site workers and provide guidance as needed.
Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
Manage material usage and ensure proper handling and storage on-site.
Maintain daily site reports, documenting progress, issues, and solutions.
Identify and resolve any technical or operational issues promptly.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman in construction projects, specializing in Civil, Finishing, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, or AC works.
Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and tools specific to the assigned discipline.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
Basic knowledge of English (Arabic is a plus).
