Location: Jeddah or other project locations across Saudi Arabia (Qassim, Hail, Taif, Madinah, Yanbu, Hasa)
Project: Large-Scale Housing Development Project

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team and manage the procurement and supply chain operations for a major housing project spanning multiple cities in Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a high-profile construction project with a reputable main contractor.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best prices and terms.
Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and supply agreements.
Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contract terms, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to forecast material needs and avoid delays.
Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and inventory logs.
Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, company policies, and local regulations.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or material management, preferably in construction or engineering projects.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of procurement strategies, supplier evaluation, and contract management.
Proficiency in procurement software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
Familiarity with construction materials, Saudi Building Code, and local procurement regulations.
Excellent negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CSCP, or PMP) are highly desirable.
