Job Opportunity: MEP Section Head
Location: Jeddah or other project locations across Saudi Arabia (Qassim, Hail, Taif, Madinah, Yanbu, Hasa)
Project: Large-Scale Housing Development Project

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled MEP Section Head to lead and oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for a major housing project across multiple cities in Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a high-profile construction project with a reputable main contractor.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all MEP activities, ensuring timely and quality execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.
Oversee project planning, design review, execution, and commissioning of MEP systems.
Coordinate with consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth integration of MEP works.
Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and international standards.
Supervise and support MEP engineers, providing technical guidance and leadership.
Identify and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems.
Monitor project progress, budget, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency.
Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP works.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in MEP engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, firefighting, and MEP coordination.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, ETAP, and other design and project management software.
Familiarity with Saudi Building Code, SEC regulations, and local authority standards.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Professional accreditation (e.g., Saudi Council of Engineers, PMP, LEED) is highly desirable.
