Location: Jeddah or other project locations across Saudi Arabia (Qassim, Hail, Taif, Madinah, Yanbu, Hasa)
Project: Large-Scale Housing Development Project

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team and contribute to the execution of a major housing project across multiple cities in Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a high-profile construction project with a reputable main contractor.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, review, and oversee the installation of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and mechanical systems.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and Saudi regulations.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution of mechanical works.
Supervise site activities, inspect installations, and ensure adherence to approved designs.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechanical systems and equipment.
Manage testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems.
Prepare reports, documentation, and material submittals.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in large-scale construction projects.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and MEP coordination.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, and other relevant mechanical design software.
Familiarity with Saudi Building Code and local authority regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Professional accreditation (e.g., Saudi Council of Engineers, LEED, or PMP) is a plus.
