Location: Jeddah or other project locations across Saudi Arabia (Qassim, Hail, Taif, Madinah, Yanbu, Hasa)
Project: Large-Scale Housing Development Project

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team and play a vital role in the execution of a major housing project across multiple cities in Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a high-profile construction project with a reputable main contractor.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction works.
Oversee cost planning and control throughout the project lifecycle.
Evaluate and approve subcontractor payments, variations, and claims.
Monitor project costs against budgets and prepare financial reports.
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure cost efficiency.
Analyze and negotiate contracts, tenders, and procurement activities.
Identify potential cost risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
Support the preparation of final accounts and project close-out documentation.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, with significant exposure to large-scale construction projects.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of cost estimation, cost control, contracts, and tendering.
Proficiency in relevant software such as CostX, Primavera, or MS Excel.
Familiarity with FIDIC contracts, Saudi Building Code, and local procurement regulations.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS, CIOB, or Saudi Council of Engineers) is highly desirable.
