Location: Jeddah or other project locations across Saudi Arabia (Qassim, Hail, Taif, Madinah, Yanbu, Hasa)
Project: Large-Scale Housing Development Project

We are seeking experienced Civil/Architectural Engineers to join our team and contribute to the execution of a major housing project across multiple cities in Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile construction project with a reputable main contractor.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage civil, finishing, and infrastructure works in accordance with project specifications and timelines.
Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and construction methodologies.
Supervise the execution of works, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and design requirements.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve technical issues and ensure project progress.
Conduct site inspections to ensure work is executed per approved designs and plans.
Prepare progress reports, documentation, and quality assurance records.
Support testing, commissioning, and handover of completed works.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in civil, architectural, finishing, or infrastructure works on large-scale construction projects.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, and other design and analysis tools.
Strong knowledge of finishing works, infrastructure systems, structural design, and site management.
Familiarity with Saudi Building Code, infrastructure standards, and local regulations.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Professional accreditation (e.g., Saudi Council of Engineers, PMP) is a plus.
