Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

MEG is a fast-growing Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) company specializing in industrial, infrastructure, oil & gas projects. With a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Professional certifications (CFA, CMA, CPA) are highly preferred.
Minimum 7+ years of progressive financial experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within an EPC or construction company.
Strong understanding of project-based accounting, working capital management, and financial controls.
Proven experience in financial restructuring, project finance, and strategic planning.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
