Employment Conditions:

The candidate must be resident in Al Khobar City.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and preparation of BOQs and material take-offs.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and other quantity surveying software is required.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
