Wanted Aramco Approved QA/QC Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and qualified QA/QC Manager to lead and oversee all quality-related activities for ongoing and upcoming Saudi Aramco projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the project’s quality system to ensure full compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, specifications, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the QA/QC department and manage a team of engineers, inspectors, and document controllers.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) in accordance with Aramco requirements.
• Prepare and review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, Material Approval Requests (MARs), and other QA/QC documentation.
• Interface with Saudi Aramco’s Quality Department for approvals, audits, inspections, and technical clarifications.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES), General Instructions (GI), and International Codes (e.g., API, ASME, ISO).
• Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
• Manage and report on non-conformances (NCRs), corrective actions (CARs), and preventive actions (PARs).
• Conduct internal quality audits and support external audits by Aramco or third parties.
• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of inspection tools and equipment.
• Prepare regular QA/QC performance reports and dashboards for management and client review.
• Lead final documentation and handover (MRB/Dossier preparation) as per Aramco Closeout requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in QA/QC roles in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sector
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Saudi Aramco projects (must be verifiable)
• Saudi Aramco approval as QA/QC Manager is a strong advantage
• Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor
• In-depth knowledge of Aramco standards (SAES, SAMSS, SAEP, GI) and relevant international codes
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Proficient in MS Office and quality management systems
