Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of raw materials used in waterproofing, coating, and construction chemical production. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices and terms, and ensuring timely delivery of quality materials as per production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and procure chemical raw materials such as resins, polymers, additives, pigments, solvents, and fillers for waterproofing and coating systems.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Compare quotations, evaluate technical compliance, and prepare cost comparison sheets.
• Coordinate with production and R&D teams to ensure correct specifications and quality.
• Manage import documentation, LC, shipment tracking, and logistics coordination.
• Maintain updated purchase records, inventory levels, and supplier performance reports.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities without compromising quality.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
• 3–7 years experience in procurement of construction chemicals / waterproofing raw materials.
• Strong understanding of materials such as polyurethanes, epoxies, acrylics, bitumen additives, silanes, and sealants.
• Familiarity with international sourcing (Europe, India, China, GCC).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and vendor management tools.
