Job Title: Chemical Waterproofing Sales Manager

Position: Sales Manager – Chemical Waterproofing Division (Expatriate)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our chemical waterproofing business division, focusing on high-performance construction chemicals, polyurethane coatings, and membrane systems. The role involves business development, project specification work, and managing key client relationships across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in waterproofing and construction chemicals.
• Identify and manage new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, and project owners.
• Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site support for clients.
• Manage the sales team, set performance goals, and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Report to the Managing Director and contribute to strategic market growth plans.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in chemical waterproofing or construction chemicals sales.
• Strong technical knowledge of PU, epoxy, acrylic, and cementitious waterproofing systems.
• Proven record in achieving sales growth and managing key accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• GCC or Middle East experience preferred.
