Job Title: Planning & Follow-Up Manager
(Must have previous experience working in a Chemical Factory)

We are looking for a Planning & Follow-Up Manager to lead and coordinate the planning, scheduling, and tracking of our operations or projects. This role ensures work is delivered on time and according to plan.
Responsibilities:
Prepare work plans and schedules
Follow up with departments to ensure timely execution
Track progress and prepare status reports
Identify delays and help resolve issues
Coordinate between departments (e.g. production, procurement, etc.)
Report to senior management regularly

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in planning or coordination roles
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to use Excel or planning tools (MS Project, etc.)
Leadership experience is a plus
Must have previous experience working in a chemical factory
