Nationality: Indian/Bangladeshi/Nepali and Filipino

Salary package: SAR 1000+200

Duties and Responsibilities:

Beverage Service
1. Preparation: Prepare tea, coffee, water, and other refreshments as requested by staff and visitors.
2. Serving: Serve drinks to personnel in offices and during meetings.
3. Clearing: Collect and clean used cups, mugs, and utensils after they have been used.

Pantry & Office Maintenance
1. Cleanliness: Ensure the pantry, kitchen tools, and beverage stations are kept clean and organized.
2. Supplies Management: Monitor stock levels of beverages, snacks, and pantry supplies, and place orders or notify relevant personnel when stock is running low.
3. Waste Disposal: Dispose of waste properly and maintain the cleanliness of the office environment.

General Office Support
1. Errands: Run errands such as delivering documents, making bank deposits, or purchasing office supplies.
2. Administrative Assistance: Assist with minor administrative tasks like photocopying documents, filing, or organizing files.
3. General Maintenance: May also involve cleaning office furniture and equipment, and monitoring the use of office supplies.
