Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all operations in the designated country, aligning activities with the company’s strategic goals.
Develop and implement effective business strategies to maximize profitability and reach targets.
Build and maintain relationships with distributors, key stakeholders, and regulatory bodies across the region.
Utilize deep market knowledge to identify growth opportunities and stay competitive in the GCC and EMEA regions.
Lead and motivate the local team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
Skills and Attributes:
Proven track record in distributor and channel management, especially within healthcare or medical devices.
Strong market knowledge of EMEA and GCC, with an ability to adapt to regional needs.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.
Outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and committed to driving business growth.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, business, or a related field, such as an MBA, is advantageous.
Relevant experience in a similar role, with strong results in distributor and channel management.
