Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
Site Management:

Supervise daily activities on the site to ensure they align with the project plan and timeline.
Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and suppliers to maintain workflow efficiency.
Monitor the use of equipment, tools, and materials to ensure they are being utilized effectively.
Safety and Compliance:

Enforce safety protocols and ensure all workers comply with health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
Maintain up-to-date documentation related to safety standards and incidents.
Team Supervision:

Lead and motivate on-site teams to achieve project goals.
Allocate tasks, provide clear instructions, and ensure tasks are completed to the required quality.
Resolve conflicts and address any performance issues among the workforce.
Quality Control:

Monitor the quality of work to ensure it meets project specifications and industry standards.
Conduct regular checks and ensure timely rectification of defects or issues.
Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain records of daily activities, including work progress, issues, and material usage.
Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to the Project Manager or stakeholders.
Ensure all permits, approvals, and documentation are in order and accessible.
Logistics and Coordination:

Manage delivery schedules and ensure materials arrive on-site as needed.
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and other parties to address delays or issues.
Plan and manage site logistics, including storage and equipment maintenance.
