????Job Summary: The Genesis Cloud Senior Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Genesis Cloud platform. This role requires a strong technical background in cloud-based systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

????Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience with Genesys Cloud platform, including current hands-on experience with configuration, development, and integration.
????Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar, and familiarity with APIs, RESTful services, and SQL.
????Knowledge: Strong understanding of contact centre concepts, such as routing, IVR, and workforce management.
????Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
????Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
????Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
????Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
????Certification in Genesys Cloud or related technologies.
????Experience with integrating Genesys cloud with Salesforce, Qualtrics and other platforms.
????Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
