Wanted: Architect In Makkah

We are looking for a distinguished architect with the knowledge and experience necessary to contribute to the implementation of residential villa projects with high quality and efficiency. You will be part of a dynamic team and will have the opportunity to apply your skills throughout all phases of the project.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Architecture
* 6 to 10 years of practical experience in the housing sector, specifically in the design and implementation of residential villas.
* Strong knowledge of villa design and planning principles, including facades, interior design, and space distribution.
* Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
* Good knowledge of building and architectural design regulations and laws (such as the Saudi Building Code).
* Excellent skills in using architectural design software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D Max).
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
Main Responsibilities:
* Design and develop architectural plans for residential villas in accordance with client requirements and applicable regulations.
* Supervise the implementation of architectural work on project sites, ensuring compliance with designs and specifications.
* Ensure adherence to engineering and quality standards for architectural designs and work.
* Monitor project schedules and ensure on-time delivery of architectural works.
* Coordinate with various work teams, contractors, and suppliers.
* Prepare periodic technical reports related to architectural works.

* درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية.
* خبرة عملية تتراوح بين 6 إلى 10 سنوات في مجال الإسكان، تحديدًا في تصميم وتنفيذ الفلل السكنية.
* إلمام قوي بأسس تصميم وتخطيط الفلل، بما في ذلك الواجهات، التصميم الداخلي، وتوزيع المساحات.
* القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات المعمارية والإنشائية.
* معرفة جيدة بالأنظمة واللوائح المتعلقة بالبناء والتصميم المعماري (مثل كود البناء السعودي).
* مهارات ممتازة في استخدام برامج التصميم المعماري (مثل AutoCAD، Revit، SketchUp، 3D Max).
* مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعمل الجماعي.
* القدرة على حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات تحت الضغط.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
* تصميم وتطوير المخططات المعمارية للفلل السكنية بما يتوافق مع متطلبات العميل والأنظمة المعمول بها.
* الإشراف على تنفيذ الأعمال المعمارية في مواقع المشاريع، والتأكد من مطابقتها للتصاميم والمواصفات.
* ضمان الالتزام بالمعايير الهندسية والجودة للتصاميم والأعمال المعمارية.
* متابعة الجداول الزمنية للمشاريع وضمان التسليم في المواعيد المحددة فيما يخص الأعمال المعمارية.
* التنسيق مع فرق العمل المختلفة، المقاولين، والموردين.
* إعداد التقارير الفنية الدورية المتعلقة بالأعمال المعمارية.
للمرشحين الأجانب: سيتم نقل الكفالة بعد فترة تجربة ناجحة.
