Wanted: Civil Engineer In Makkah

We are looking for a distinguished civil engineer with the knowledge and experience necessary to contribute to the efficient and high-quality implementation of residential villa projects. You will be part of a dynamic team and will have the opportunity to apply your skills throughout all phases of the project.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
* 3 to 5 years of practical experience in the housing sector, specifically in the construction of residential villas.
* Strong knowledge of the principles of housing project design and implementation, with a focus on villas.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Good knowledge of building regulations and laws.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
Main Responsibilities:
* Supervising the implementation of civil works at project sites.
* Ensuring adherence to engineering specifications, standards, and quality.
* Monitoring project schedules and ensuring on-time delivery.
* Coordinating with various work teams and contractors.
* Preparing periodic technical reports.
* For foreign candidates: Sponsorship will be transferred after a successful probation period.
Work Location: Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

* إلمام قوي بأسس تصميم وتنفيذ مشاريع الإسكان، مع التركيز على الفلل.
* القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات الهندسية.
* معرفة جيدة بالأنظمة واللوائح المتعلقة بالبناء.
* مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعمل الجماعي.
* القدرة على حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات تحت الضغط.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
* الإشراف على تنفيذ الأعمال المدنية في مواقع المشاريع .
* ضمان الالتزام بالمواصفات والمعايير الهندسية والجودة .
* متابعة الجداول الزمنية للمشاريع وضمان التسليم في المواعيد المحددة.
* التنسيق مع فرق العمل المختلفة والمقاولين.
* إعداد التقارير الفنية الدورية.
* للمرشحين الأجانب: سيتم نقل الكفالة بعد فترة تجربة ناجحة.
