Wanted: Electrical Supervisor In Makkah

We are looking for an outstanding electrical supervisor with the knowledge and experience necessary to contribute to the efficient and high-quality implementation of residential villa projects. You will be part of a dynamic team and have the opportunity to apply your skills throughout all phases of the project.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
* 7 to 10 years of practical experience in the housing sector, specifically supervising the implementation of electrical, lighting, and low-current works for residential villas.
* Strong knowledge of the basics of electrical wiring systems, distribution panels, lighting systems, and low-current systems.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering and electrical drawings.
* Good knowledge of building and electrical systems-related laws and regulations (such as the Saudi Building Code).
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Directly supervise the implementation of electrical works (wiring, lighting, panels, low current) at project sites.
* Ensure adherence to engineering specifications, standards, and quality for electrical works.
* Monitor project schedules and ensure on-time delivery of electrical works.
* Coordinating with engineers, various work teams, contractors, and suppliers.
* Preparing periodic technical reports regarding work progress and electrical work.
For foreign candidates: Sponsorship will be transferred after a successful probation period.

* خبرة عملية تتراوح بين 7 إلى 10 سنوات في مجال الإسكان، تحديدًا في الإشراف على تنفيذ أعمال الكهرباء والإضاءة والتيار الخفيف للفلل السكنية.
* إلمام قوي بأساسيات أنظمة التمديدات الكهربائية، لوحات التوزيع، أنظمة الإضاءة، وأنظمة التيار الخفيف.
* القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات الهندسية والكهربائية.
* معرفة جيدة بالأنظمة واللوائح المتعلقة بالبناء والأنظمة الكهربائية (مثل كود البناء السعودي).
* مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعمل الجماعي.
* القدرة على حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات تحت الضغط.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
* الإشراف المباشر على تنفيذ الأعمال الكهربائية (تمديدات، إضاءة، لوحات، تيار خفيف) في مواقع المشاريع.
* ضمان الالتزام بالمواصفات والمعايير الهندسية والجودة للأعمال الكهربائية.
* متابعة الجداول الزمنية للمشاريع وضمان التسليم في المواعيد المحددة فيما يخص الأعمال الكهربائية.
* التنسيق مع المهندسين، فرق العمل المختلفة، المقاولين، والموردين.
* إعداد التقارير الفنية الدورية المتعلقة بسير العمل وتقدم الأعمال الكهربائية.
للمرشحين الأجانب: سيتم نقل الكفالة بعد فترة تجربة ناجحة.
