Wanted: Civil Supervisor In Makkah

We are looking for an outstanding Civil Supervisor with the knowledge and experience necessary to contribute to the efficient and high-quality implementation of residential villa projects. You will be part of a dynamic team and will have the opportunity to apply your skills throughout all phases of the project.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
* 10 to 14 years of practical experience in the housing sector, specifically in supervising the implementation of civil construction works for residential villas.
* Strong knowledge of the basics of concrete, finishing, and various construction works in housing projects.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings.
* Good knowledge of building regulations and laws (such as the Saudi Building Code).
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
Main Responsibilities:
* Directly supervise the implementation of civil works (concrete, masonry, and finishing) at project sites.
* Ensure compliance with engineering specifications and standards and quality for civil works.
* Monitor project schedules and ensure on-time delivery of civil works.
* Coordinate with engineers, various work teams, contractors, and suppliers.
* Preparing periodic technical reports on the progress of civil works.
For foreign candidates: Sponsorship will be transferred after a successful probation period.
Work Location: Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

* درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية.
* خبرة عملية تتراوح بين 10 إلى 14 سنة في مجال الإسكان، تحديدًا في الإشراف على تنفيذ أعمال الإنشاءات المدنية للفلل السكنية.
* إلمام قوي بأساسيات أعمال الخرسانات، التشطيبات، وأعمال البناء المختلفة في مشاريع الإسكان.
* القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات الهندسية والإنشائية.
* معرفة جيدة بالأنظمة واللوائح المتعلقة بالبناء (مثل كود البناء السعودي).
* مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعمل الجماعي.
* القدرة على حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات تحت الضغط.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
* الإشراف المباشر على تنفيذ الأعمال المدنية (الخرسانات، البناء، التشطيبات) في مواقع المشاريع.
* ضمان الالتزام بالمواصفات والمعايير الهندسية والجودة للأعمال المدنية.
* متابعة الجداول الزمنية للمشاريع وضمان التسليم في المواعيد المحددة فيما يخص الأعمال المدنية.
* التنسيق مع المهندسين، فرق العمل المختلفة، المقاولين، والموردين.
* إعداد التقارير الفنية الدورية المتعلقة بسير العمل وتقدم الأعمال المدنية.
للمرشحين الأجانب: سيتم نقل الكفالة بعد فترة تجربة ناجحة.
