Warehouse Supervisor With 5 Years Of Experience

We are looking for Warehouse Supervisor with minimum of 5 years of experience as Warehouse supervisor.

Job responsibilities:

* Monitor and control the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials Maintain accurate records of material movements and stock levels Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile with system records Prepare reports on inventory status and material usage
Identify and report material shortages or excesses

* Maintain accurate records of inventory and daily transactions. Ensure the store area is well-organized, clean, and safe.

* Enforce company policies regarding stock handling, storage, and documentation.

*Prepare stock reports for management as required. Ensure proper labelling, storage, and handling of materials

* Identify opportunities for improving material processes and implementing best practices.

* Work closely with the shop and QHSE teams to understand shop issues and implement cost-effective solutions that meet safety, cost, quality and delivery expectations.

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or Diploma in Technical College
• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and relevant ISO standards
• Competent in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS project)
• Proficiency in SAP or similar material management software
