Ensure timely submission of accurate and high-quality financial reports, providing actionable insights to support business decisions.
9. Accounts Receivable & Collection Initiatives:
Lead Accounts Receivable (AR) and collection efforts, monitoring and reporting on aging, setting collection targets, and providing variance analysis.
10. Financial Data for Meetings:
Prepare and submit financial reports and data for business review sessions, AR meetings, budget discussions, and other relevant meetings, and preparing papers for board meetings.
11. Profitability Analysis:
Provide live updates on project profitability and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
12. Financing & Restructuring:
Oversee securing financing and negotiating restructuring when necessary to meet business needs.
13. Inter-Divisional Account Reconciliation:
Ensure timely reconciliation and maintenance of updated records on inter-divisional accounts.
