• Maintain activity and progress reporting, with action plans aligned with set objectives.
• Prepare business reports, revenue budgets, and outlooks.
Team Management:
• Assess team performance in client acquisition and sales growth.
• Ensure that the team underneath is meeting their respective sales KPIs.
• Educate team members on best business practices and techniques for increasing effectiveness.

Compliance, Reporting, and Risk Management:
• Assures compliance with all relevant standards and requirements
• Devises accurate monthly/quarterly/yearly accounts on a timely basis
