Accountant Requirements (10+ Years of Experience)

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred).

Experience:

10+ years of proven experience in accounting, financial reporting, and analysis.

Strong background in corporate accounting, financial management, and regulatory compliance.

Experience with audits (internal and external) and tax planning.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in accounting software (like Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or others).

Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local financial regulations.

Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, etc.).

Must need saudi TAX systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review financial statements and reports.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Lead month-end and year-end close processes.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Handle audits and coordinate with external auditors.

Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.

Provide financial analysis and strategic advice to management.
