Qualification and Experience Required:
1. Candidates must hold a Transferable Iqama.
2. Candidates need communication skill in English.
3. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Electrical Warehouse.
4. Must have good behavior.

General Responsibilities:
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Coordinate with the procurement team regarding any discrepancies or inquiries related to purchase orders.
• Notify the quality team if there are any issues regarding the quality or condition of materials.
• Process received materials in the system and label them accordingly.
• Store materials in designated locations to ensure proper inventory management.
• Work with the production team to issue materials as per project and operational requirements. Project Shipments:
• Collaborate with the procurement team and project managers to address any purchase order discrepancies or inquiries.
• Notify the quality team if there are any concerns about material quality or safety.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming project shipments against purchase orders and packing lists. • Prepare and document a receipt report (GRN) for project-related materials.
• Share the GRN report with the project manager, buyer, and relevant stakeholders.
• Store project shipments in the designated project shipment area.
• Prepare and release project shipments upon request.
• Manage and update the project shipment storage records. General Responsibilities:
• Ensure safety measures are followed during the receiving, storing, and handling of shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure efficient material management.
