Salary: Starting at 130 OMR for the first 3 months, with potential for increments based on performance.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Coffee Maker to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate will have excellent experience in preparing a variety of coffee drinks, as well as making sandwiches and burgers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers enjoy a high-quality dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages, including espressos, cappuccinos, lattes, and other specialty drinks.
• Create delicious sandwiches and burgers with attention to taste, presentation, and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Assist in menu development by suggesting new coffee recipes and sandwich or burger variations.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Coffee Maker, Barista, or in a similar role.
• Strong skills in making coffee, sandwiches, and burgers.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality food and beverages.
• Immediate availability to join the team.
