1. Job Summary:
Supervisory Responsibilities - Manages employees; in the Maintenance department. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies.

3. Primary Responsibilities:
3.1 Directs employees and ensures they complete project s within set deadlines..
3.2 Coordinate the organization, staffing and operational activities for assigned maintenance and/or inspection programs.
3.3 Participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies and priorities; recommend and implement resulting policies and procedures.
3.4 Identify opportunities for improving service delivery methods and procedures, identify resource needs, review with appropriate management staff, implement improvements.
3.5 Direct, coordinate and review the work plan for assigned maintenance services and activities, assign work activities and projects, monitor work flow, review and evaluate work products, methods and procedures, meet with staff to identify and resolve problems.
3.6 Gather and analyse data and work requests submitted to establish overall maintenance, major maintenance and preventative maintenance standards, programs and schedules.
3.7 Determine optimum methods of accomplishing work, analyse available budget and staff and elect to accomplish in-house or contract out work.
3.8 Administer maintenance contracts including specification development, bidding, monitoring and evaluation of work products.
3.9 Select, train, motivate and evaluate maintenance services personnel, provide or coordinate staff training, work with employees to correct deficiencies, implement discipline and termination procedures.
3.10 Participate in the development and administration of assigned program budget, forecast funds needed for staffing, equipment, materials and supplies. monitor and approve expenditures recommend adjustments as necessary.
3.11 Provide staff assistance to the Operation, Other Maintenance Section and Managements participate on a variety of committees.
3.12 Prepare and present staff reports and other correspondence as appropriate and necessary.
3.13 Coordinate assigned maintenance activities with those of other divisions and 3rd Party and Contractors.
3.14 Attend and participate in professional group meetings, stay abreast of new trends and innovations in the field of maintenance services.
3.15 Review Design for Maintenance and Operation for implemented of Solution and recovered of System.
3.16 Manage the day to day operation of the maintenance department.
3.17 Overcoming daily obstacles in creating lean cost-effective plant maintenance with accurate planning and scheduling.
3.18 Establishing maintenance improvement program, improving work order collection, back log controls to minimize downtime.
3.19 Manage any planned or unplanned equipment repairs.
3.20 Coordinate equipment dealer involvement for repairs, parts, and any warranty issues.
3.21 Assist in training of maintenance personnel with technical and safety items.
3.22 Instrumental in design and procurement of shop and materials for maintenance with suppliers and 3rd party.
3.23 Schedule contractors for maintenance related work. Secure bids and proposals as directed.
3.24 Use contract labour whenever it becomes cost effective, following approval by the Project Manager or Branch Manager.
3.25 Strictly follow established budgetary guidelines.
3.26 Follow all purchasing directives and procedures.
3.27 Maintain operating manuals, warranty records and other materials pertaining to general inventory and parts replacement and availability.
3.28 Keep abreast of developments in the field, including new products and new and less expensive ways of making repairs.
3.29 Always maintain the highest standards of Client.
3.30 Complete and return Monthly Preventative Maintenance Sheets.
3.31 Perform all duties with the highest consideration for safety, and train and be responsible for all staff members to do so as well.
3.32 Monitor all O&M Programs in place on the community to ensure that all O&M Specialist s, Consult ant s, Contractors and/or employees are notified of the presence of these substances when work to be performed may involve the disturbance of these substances. Ensure that all such work is performed following the established O&M program.
3.33 Responsible for maintaining all record keeping and reports relating to these O&M programs to ensure that the property is in full compliance.
3.34 Manages a department al sub-function within a broader departmental function.
3.35 Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops.
3.36 Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.
3.37 Deep Knowledge for O&M, Function and Process Overall of Delayed Coke Unit and Storage Facilities.
3.38 Respond promptly at any time in an emergency. (Night time/ OFF day).
3.39 Report Maintenance Running for Project Manager.
3.40 Submit Incident & Accident report if an accident occurs.
3.41 Support Operation activities and suggested the Solution.
3.42 Follow Company Work Instruction and procedure.
3.43 Willing to learn and operate other Coke/Sulphur O&M As per Company require.
3.44 Deep knowledge for Root Cause analysis, troubleshoot and investigation.
3.45 Other duties as assigned related to Operation.
3.46 Strong leadership for maintenance team
3.47 Experience in managing multinational members
3.48 Strong understanding of the project contract and ability to implement responses that do not compromise company interests and reputation
3.49 Strong negotiation skills with clients.
3.50 Assess members' skills and annual evaluations as appropriate and in line with company guidelines.

3.52 Responsible for the implementation of maintenance team cost optimization
4. Education / Professional Qualification:
4.1. Education: Bachelor's degree
4.2. Experience: ; 6 - 12 Years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of
education and experience.
※Delayed Coker Unit Coke Cutting System Maintenance
(Vendor:Flowsereve or Ruhrpumpen ) experience is advantageous.
※Solid Handling Facilities maintenance
(Bridge Crane (bucket)/Conveyor/Crusher/Reclaimer/Silo Truck )
experience is advantageous.
