Experienced Civil Foreman To Join Our Team

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to join our dynamic team. As a Civil Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing our construction projects and ensuring that work is completed in a timely and efficient manner. Your duties will include supervising construction crews, scheduling work, ordering materials, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities:

Supervise construction activities on-site.
Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew members.
Allocate general and daily responsibilities.
Ensure manpower and resources are adequate.
Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met.
Supervise and train workers and tradespeople.
Ensure all equipment is maintained and operational.
Resolve problems when they arise.
Report on progress to managers, engineers, etc.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or similar role in construction.
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to communicate and report effectively.
Aptitude in math.
Problem-solving abilities.
