Looking for Small-Scale Contractor – Hotel Renovation Project (Jeddah)
We are seeking a reliable small-time contractor to assist with a hotel renovation project in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The scope of work includes:
MEP Works (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)
Woodwork (Custom furniture, cladding, joinery)
Fit-Out Works (Interior finishing, partitions, ceilings, etc.)
Requirements:
Proven experience in small to mid-scale hotel or commercial renovation projects
Knowledge of Saudi building codes and safety standards
Ability to mobilize team quickly and work within schedule
Must be Jeddah-based or able to operate locally
