Minimum Criteria :
o 5 Years of Experience in the same Field.
o Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint), strong visual communication skills, attention to detail, creativity, and time management.
o Experience of loop-able animations and exporting them for web/other platforms
o Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
o Work collaboratively with other designers, product design and development teams, business analysts, engineers, and project managers
o Applying strategic thinking to deliver end-to-end user experience solutions with a focus and ability to articulate design rationale in the context of business and user needs and business goals.
o Portfolio showcasing previous presentation design work.
