IT Support Specialist - Microsoft Dynamics 365
A leading hypermarket in Bahrain is seeking a qualified IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our users and ensuring the smooth operation of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Nav 365) system. Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Provide user support and training on Dynamics 365 functionalities.
Maintain system documentation and knowledge base for Dynamics 365.
Collaborate with other IT professionals and departments on Dynamics 365 related issues.
Perform general IT support tasks (troubleshooting hardware/software, network issues).
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support
Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Nav 365) functionalities and configurations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist users
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
