Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Officer with a background in the food and beverage sector or the hospitality field. The ideal candidate will manage various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts professionally.
Conduct performance reviews and support managers with employee performance issues.
Maintain HR records and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Stay up-to-date with labor laws and ensure company compliance.
Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
Coordinate training sessions and professional development programs for employees.
Provide support to employees on HR-related matters.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 - 3 years of experience as an HR Officer, HR Assistant.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the food and beverage sector or hospitality field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to communicate in Arabic is a plus.
Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office.
Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations is a must.
Age between 24 – 33 years.
