We are looking for a Personal Assistant who will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executives, managing their schedules, communications, and various other tasks. This role requires a high level of discretion, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives
Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and office management
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
A proactive and flexible approach to work
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
