Job Title: Sales Executive – Construction Materials (Geosynthetics & Infrastructure Products)
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are a fast-growing division of a reputable group, specializing in the supply and distribution of construction and infrastructure materials, with a strong focus on geosynthetics including geotextiles, geomembranes, geogrids, and drainage composites. Our clients include some of the most reputable contractors, developers, consultants, and government bodies across the UAE.

To support our rapid growth and expand market coverage, we are looking to hire a Sales Executive who is highly experienced in the UAE construction sector, capable of managing end-to-end sales processes and building strong market relationships. The ideal candidate will be a self-driven professional with technical and commercial acumen in construction products.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Market Development:

Develop and execute a UAE-wide sales plan focusing on civil engineering and infrastructure projects.

Identify and target new business opportunities across construction segments (roads, landfills, water retention, slope stabilization, etc.).

Build market intelligence and stay ahead of trends in the geosynthetics and infrastructure materials sector.

Client & Project Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, government departments, and purchasing managers.

Register products with engineering consultants and get them specified in tenders.

Track project pipelines and tender portals to proactively engage with relevant stakeholders.

Sales Operations:

Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs.

Follow up consistently on quotes, negotiations, approvals, and project milestones.

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Product Knowledge & Support:

Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of geosynthetics (e.g., woven and non-woven geotextiles, HDPE geomembranes, geocells, geogrids, and GCLs).

Coordinate with the technical and logistics team to ensure timely product delivery and technical assistance.

Reporting & Coordination:

Maintain an up-to-date CRM with accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales performance.

Provide weekly and monthly reports to the management on progress, pipeline status, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in construction materials within the UAE market, preferably in geosynthetics, waterproofing, or infrastructure supplies.

Proven track record of sales achievements and client management in the UAE construction sector.

Skills & Attributes:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of UAE construction practices, project lifecycle, and procurement channels.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Other Requirements:

Must have a valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic reporting formats.

Arabic speaking is an added advantage.
