Job Description:
Kebab Jhany is looking for a hardworking and passionate Cook experienced in Arabic cuisine to join our growing team in Hatta, Dubai. If you know how to grill meats, prepare traditional dishes, and maintain high kitchen standards, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook Arabic dishes, especially charcoal-grilled items like kebabs, kofta, and shawarma

Follow kitchen procedures and recipes to ensure consistent taste and presentation

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen

Assist with food preparation, storage, and inventory

Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy hours

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience cooking Arabic food in a restaurant setting

Skilled in charcoal grilling and meat preparation

Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety

Willing to work in Hatta, Dubai

Reliable, team-oriented, and hardworking
