Accountant

We have a requirement of a senior Accountant. He should be fluent in English and good in Email communication. Candidate must have 4 wheel driving Licence . Gulf Experiece and Driving licence would prefer.

FOLLOWING EXPERTIES REQUIRED: -

Financial Statements/Maintain Fixed Assets records/Online Payments/Reconciliations/Payments follow up/ Accruals/GL Reconciliations/Filing of VAT & Income Tax/Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/ Aging Reports/Invoicing/Delivery Orders/Internal & External Audit

• Preparation of Financial Statements and closings
• Managing Internal & External Audit Reports
• Prepare and Filing of VAT and TAX
• Bank Reconciliation & supervise bank related matters
• Handling Account Payable
• Handling Account Receivable
• Preparing Vouchers, Cash Payment, Cash records
• Receipts, Bank Payment, Bank Receipts & reviewing Bank Reconciliation
• Reviewing Vendors and Supplier Payment Reconciliation.
• Maintain & Supervise the Office Correspondence Record.
• Monthly Stock report/ Store Items/Machinery Parts.
• Reconciliation of Debtors/Creditors.
• Prepration of Employees salaries.
• Responsible for Clients paymnets & payments follow up.
