Operation Manager(Facility Management)

we are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Operation Manager to join our team in Jeddah
Prefer Jordanian nationality or any Arab national only
Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all operational activities related to facility management projects in Jeddah.
Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution of project milestones and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
Ensure compliance with all relevant government regulations and processes.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize operational processes and enhance service quality.
Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address project requirements and concerns in a timely manner.
Prepare regular reports and updates on project status, performance, and key metrics.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree is must
Minimum of 10 years of experience in facility management operations, with a proven track record of success.
Extensive experience in managing projects
In-depth knowledge of government processes and regulations related to facility management operations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Proven ability to drive operational excellence and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
