AC Chiller Technician Urgently

Need , AC chiller technician urgently , local available , IQAMA transferable , min , 9-10 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and related HVAC equipment.

Monitor and adjust chiller system settings to optimize performance and energy use.

Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and repair or replace defective components as required.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, system performance data, and inventory of tools and spare parts.

Coordinate with Building Management System (BMS) operators and other technicians to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems.

Comply with all safety standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.

Assist in planning and implementing system upgrades or major repairs.

Respond to emergency breakdowns and service calls promptly and effectively.

Maintain cleanliness and proper operation of the chiller plant room and related mechanical areas.

Ensure all tools and equipment are used and maintained correctly.
