Job Summary:
The Salesman for Refrigeration, Shelving & Racking Systems is responsible for selling a full range of commercial and industrial storage and cooling solutions to retail outlets, supermarkets, warehouses, and other businesses. This role involves understanding customer requirements, recommending customized solutions, and managing the sales process from inquiry to installation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in retail, food service, warehousing, logistics, and related sectors.
• Conduct on-site assessments to understand client needs for refrigeration units, display chillers, cold rooms, shelving, and racking systems.
• Recommend appropriate product solutions, including modular shelving, racking, commercial refrigerators display & cabinets.
• Prepare and present professional sales proposals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with installation, and project management teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends and pricing structures.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, especially in refrigeration, storage, or shopfitting systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration systems and storage solutions is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and layouts.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
