BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION
• Daily updating of inspection log.
• Answers client email inquiry pertinent to their requested inspection requirement.
• Make cost comparisons of the received proposals from different agencies.
• Coordinates with client for the inspection documents and shares it with the chosen agency/inspector.
• Checking inspection reports for submission to the end user.
• Compiles all relevant reports, documents and certificates provided by the inspector for archiving and easy retrieval of the same.
• Further coordination with client and chosen inspector/s whenever is necessary for the fulfillment of the provided service.
• Answers and screens telephone calls, and responds to emails, messages, and other correspondences.
• Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
• Manage the inspection calendar to easily track inspectors’ assigned inspection job on daily basis.
• Performs such other duties as may be necessary and consistent with the fulfillment of assigned duties and responsibilities.
SALARY PACKAGE – ALL INCLUSIVE SAR 5,000
PREFERRABLY FILIPINO
BACHELORS DEGREE
AT LEAST 2-3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN PROCUREMENT OR AS SECRETARY OR ADMIN OFFICER
GOOD COMMAND OF ENGLISH (WRITTEN/SPEAKING)
AGE: 30 TO 35
