IT Engineer

Develop familiarity, understanding and appreciation of IT methodologies through purpose designed training programmes and On-The-Job training.
Principal Accountabalities
• Develop an understanding of IT concepts & methodologies to be equipped to undertake responsibilities
• Work in close coordination with superiors to gain insight from their experience
• Actively participate in On-The-Job training through providing assistance to superiors
• Address troubleshooting / Helpdesk issues related to hardware/software systems, network, security and user support, as and when required
• Undertake responsibility to make minor installation/updates under supervision
• Compliance in accordance with HSE standards, Quality objectives and Company procedures
Education Qualification & Certification
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Preferably Computer Science or Information Science), or equivalent
Experience
Minimum 02 years’ experience in a similar role and industry
