Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and ARAMCO-approved QC Supervisor – Building to oversee and ensure quality control standards are maintained throughout all building construction activities under ARAMCO projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and implement the Quality Control Plan in accordance with ARAMCO standards.

Coordinate with the construction team, subcontractors, and clients to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.

Conduct inspections for civil/building works such as foundations, concreting, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, finishes, etc.

Maintain and review ITPs (Inspection Test Plans), checklists, and quality-related documentation.

Interface with ARAMCO inspectors for all inspection requests and approvals.

Monitor non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure timely corrective actions.

Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation for audits and project handover.

Assist in training site staff regarding quality practices and procedures.

Requirements:

Must be ARAMCO-approved as a QC Supervisor – Building/Civil.

Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience, especially on ARAMCO or other oil & gas projects.

Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (ASTM, ACI, BS, etc.).

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

Proficient in English (written & verbal).

Good communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
