QC Inspector – Static & Rotary Equipment (ARAMCO Approved API 510 Certified)

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced QC Inspector – Static & Rotary Equipment for inspection and quality control of mechanical systems in compliance with ARAMCO standards. The ideal candidate must hold valid ARAMCO approval and API 510 certification.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform inspection and quality control of static and rotary equipment as per ARAMCO and international codes and standards.

Inspect pressure vessels, storage tanks, piping systems, heat exchangers, pumps, compressors, and other related equipment.

Review and verify WPS, PQR, and welder qualifications.

Conduct pre-inspection meetings and prepare detailed inspection reports.

Ensure NDT activities are performed and interpreted correctly.

Monitor repair, installation, and maintenance processes to ensure compliance.

Coordinate with client representatives, contractors, and engineering teams.

Report and document any non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.

Requirements:

ARAMCO Approved for QC – Static & Rotary Equipment (Mandatory)

Valid API 510 Certification (Pressure Vessel Inspector)

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in oil & gas or petrochemical projects

Knowledge of international codes (ASME, API, etc.)

Strong communication and reporting skills

Ready for immediate mobilization
