Job Description:

Supervise and manage joinery and carpentry teams on-site and in production.
Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Monitor progress, materials, and safety standards.
Train and guide junior carpenters and workers.
Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions efficiently.
Requirements:

5–7 years of proven experience in carpentry/joinery.
Demonstrated ability to act in a production and site supervision role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
Valid work permit for Bahrain (or willingness to relocate).
