Job Description
An HVAC Sales Representative is required will be responsible for selling heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to residential, commercial, or industrial clients. They identify customer needs, recommend suitable systems, and build relationships to drive sales. This role involves generating leads, providing quotes, negotiating contracts, and offering post-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Meeting with potential clients to assess their HVAC needs and recommend appropriate systems.
Sales & Negotiation:
Generating leads, providing quotes, negotiating contracts, and closing sales.
Product Knowledge:
Developing a strong understanding of HVAC products and systems to effectively advise customers.
Relationship Building:
Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
Post-Sales Support:
Providing ongoing support to customers, addressing any issues or concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Sales Reporting:
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
Collaboration:
Working with other team members, including installation and service technicians, to ensure smooth project completion.
Skills and Qualifications:
Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably within the HVAC industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and presenting proposals.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain technical aspects of HVAC systems.
Valid Driver's License Required.
