Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Store Manager to lead our retail team and uphold the highest standards of service, operations, and team morale. The ideal candidate has a background in luxury retail or hospitality management, is a natural leader with a passion for people, and knows how to delight even the most discerning customers. You will be responsible for daily operations, team performance, customer satisfaction, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, inspire, and manage a team of Sales Associates to deliver exceptional VIP customer experiences

Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients and regular customers

Oversee all daily store operations including staffing, inventory, merchandising, and visual standards

Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and staff performance goals

Ensure smooth coordination of schedules, breaks, and staff coverage

Handle escalated customer issues with diplomacy, care, and professionalism

Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and the head office team

Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational policies

Champion a positive, people-first culture in the store

Train and mentor staff on products, service etiquette, and brand standards

Prepare daily reports and sales summaries for management review

Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium service management

Fluent in spoken and written English; Arabic is a strong advantage

Proven leadership, team-building, and conflict-resolution skills

Impeccable grooming, presentation, and interpersonal communication

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask

Experience working with VIP clients or within a high-touch customer environment

Tech-savvy and comfortable using POS systems, basic Excel, and communication tools

A natural problem-solver with a “customer comes first” mentality
