Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, personable, and highly professional Sales Associate to join our team. You will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional service to our valued customers while upholding the premium standards of the Dream Baby Company. Your role is to provide an outstanding shopping experience that blends warmth, product knowledge, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with genuine warmth, empathy, and professionalism

Offer personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences

Build lasting relationships with VIP clients and returning families

Maintain deep knowledge of all product categories and brand stories

Process transactions efficiently and accurately using POS systems

Assist with merchandising, stock replenishment, and store presentation

Support visual displays and seasonal promotions in line with brand guidelines

Respond to customer inquiries (in-store, online, phone, or WhatsApp) in a timely and professional manner

Contribute to team targets and daily store goals

Uphold hygiene, safety, and brand appearance standards at all times

Requirements:
Prior experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or a high-end service environment

Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic is a strong advantage

Warm, energetic, and confident personality

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Proven ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds, especially VIP clientele

Polished appearance and professional demeanour

Highly organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Passionate about creating memorable customer experiences
