We are looking for a skilled and tech-savvy Support with at least 2 years of experience managing e-commerce websites and mobile apps. The ideal candidate will also have a strong background in customer service, with the ability to handle customer queries efficiently and professionally. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and update products, content, and inventory across e-commerce websites and mobile apps
2. Coordinate with development teams for bug fixes, feature updates, and performance monitoring
3. Provide timely and effective customer support via email, chat, and Whatsapp
4. Track and resolve order issues, payment problems, and customer complaints
5. Assist with marketing promotions, campaigns, and discount setups
6. Maintain knowledge of e-commerce best practices and platform tools
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms (website + mobile apps)
Proven experience in customer service and client communication
Strong technical understanding of e-commerce platforms, CMS, and common integrations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
